Loved her more than I ever knew, Curly hair so brown, eyes so blue Was there a moment laced in time, Took her for granted in my prime She's been gone almost twelve long years, So much happened, so many tears How could I ever tell her why Her eldest grandchild came to die Somethings are better left unsaid, Past is past.
