To my daughter
My Darling Daughter

Daughter, Darling Daughter how the years have flown.
Once you were so tiny never to be left alone
Through the days when first you crawled, then walked
Those antics oft recalled still brings to my heart that music
That music That heart so full already but more years go by
Showing Beauty, grace and dignity top up the heart with more.
You, when on your horses sat and trained them too
To go with you, to prance with you to show that horse and rider
Can be elegant and powerful bringing beauty
to eyes in wonder who with love and pride cannot explain
watch o'er her children and not to shirk her duty
More love adds sweetly so softly creeps in to fill some more
To that heart to my surprise, stretches gently gently to add
each day with your success which makes me proud
Your love and charm I could shout out loud
She's my daughter, darling daughter my heart still filling more
each day. My Daughter by Coral Boucher
