Death has hit again

Sad farwell to my mother

The dreadful day has came
I am saddened to say
I had to say goodbye to my mother today
That nasty cancer took her away
I am left heart broken
Feeling all alone
My heart now has a hole from losing
Both my parents feels like right in a row
within a short 8 months to be exact!
My heart feels like it is having a heart attack,
So consumed with loss it can no longer beat,
I can't feel my feet, can't find the words to speak
My knees are weak with disbelief
finding no relief that's she now is at peace
Missing her laughter, her jokes her smile her hair. God I hope she knows how much I cared.
