What is true definition of hope?

Is Hope real or illusion?
What is the meaning of hope?
A single moment walks in from nowhere
And shatters all hopes away
Another moment appears from no where
And starts putting the puzzle back together
How is Hope related to trust?
Is Hope related to faith?
I am not certain since my hopes are shattered all around
I had trust in myself and was starting to see hope
I had faith that one day perhaps ....
Perhaps it was all an illusion
Perhaps it was all an imagination
Who will ever confirm this?
Do we get our answers to our questions?
Or let silence take over next steps
Do we build our hope again
Or allow illusions to play its games again
There are some moments in life where I cannot ...
Try or continue or submit
Simply because I made a mistake
Simple because I had a hope!
Is Hope real or illusion?
