For my grandson. I will be making a picture book for him. Did I create a clear image?

Liam Eats a Brain

When Liam turned one
he had so much fun
It was a day to enjoy
for this special little boy

The laughter was loud
and the parents were proud
Liam wrestled and ran
it was all part of the plan

He received toys
with great joy
And hugs from so many
shrugging them off, when he didn’t want any

When auntie arrived
well things came alive
She brought the best part
and it wasn’t her heart


No instead what she had
was a surprise that was bad
A zombie’s big treat
for Liam to eat

Oh it was a sight to endure
but Liam’s pleasure was pure
As he sat before the Brain
with a look quite insane

He dug in with a growl
that made us all howl
He knew exactly what to do
with excitement he chewed

He made a mess of his face
with crumbs all over the place
While we all smiled
at this wild little child

When Liam turned one
he had so much fun
Kids and family alike
had a really fun night
