The Night Before Finals Week

T'was the night before finals week, and all through the school
all the students were stressing; it was definitely not cool!
Hulu and Netflix were both put on pause,
as students studied science's laws.

From physics to government, and criminology too,
so many students thought they were screwed.
Cramming information as best as they could
hoping in the end, their grades would be good.

Textbooks were written on all over with notes
and late-night studiers huddled in coats.
Study rooms and bed rooms were cluttered with books
as students frantically reviewed from notebooks

Blankets and coffee cups kept students awake.
For those who needed sugar, they bought a milkshake.
When midnight arrived, the bell rung twelve times,
Finals week has come, and I've run out of rhymes.
