"Kakistocracy" 

Kakistocracy is government by the worst men. Lord knows our world has seen plenty of that. Some examples people immediately think of are the likes of Saddam Hussein. I disagree however. Hussein kept ISIS at bay at least. A true aristocracy was Adolph Hitler or Josef Stalin. These were both evil men.

What is a kakistocracy
It certainly could be aristocracy
It too is government bureaucracy
Usually it's government lacking theocracy!

It's a government by the worst of men
It's happened before and will again
It's a government based on son
It's a government that should not have been.

It's a blemish on the world
It's the work of men whose wrong unfurled.
