Unknown moments of talking.

Without my awareness you use my mouth to say things that isn't good for me.

How long has this been going on?Nobody tells me anything about the things I say. I don't know when this happens or what is said.I only have a suspicion.No confermation.Why doesn't anyone tell me what was said and when it was said?
How can this happen?I'm losing friends.I have trouble understanding why they can't know that whatever is said isn't me.I don't even know what or when such things take place.The control isn't mine.
The other day a stranger told me "Maybe you should move out of the area,too."What was she talking about? I went about my business and later found that she was following me. Once she knew I caught onto her following me, she left.
Another personality emergeing? Or a Demon attach to me?Who knows? I don't....
