its about her past life and how she will carry it through her life
She sits on the cold bus seat
staring out the window
looking at the world pass by

She sits on the cold bus seat
as she remembers her old home
         her room
         her bed
         her collectibles

She sits in the cold bus seat
glancing down at the faint white lines
         across her wrist

She sits on the cold bus seat
skimming her finger across
and feeling the small indentions

She sits on the cold bus seat
thinking about life ahead
how she will carry on

She sits on the cold bus seat
and thinks about her souvenirs
the scars that she will keep forever

She sits in the cold bus seat
holding her little book
along with her old rustic necklace

She sits on the cold bus seat
her hands clinging onto each other
creating dampness between

She sits on the cold bus seat
as she thinks about her past
creating painful memories

She sits on the cold bus seat
holding her little souvenirs
and looking down at her wrists once again

She sits on the cold bus seat
remembering that she will forever hold these
the things that hold her together

She sits on the cold bus seat
with her necklace
with her lines

She sits on the cold bus seat
as the bus slowly stops
and people leave

She stands up slowly
Walking to new land
with her scars and souvenirs
