It lived many years,
Unknown, hidden.
Not revealing its fears,
It was forbidden,

To walk in the light,
It stayed away.
Out of sight,
Not able to play.

As time passed by,
Things began to change.
People asked why,
You felt so strange.

So, it began to see;
Gently unfold.
It was allowed to be,
The story untold.
