|See Below. We should be speaking only kind words. Learn to compliment others. They got up this morning wish them
a good morning or a good afternoon or a good evening or a good night. Say Hello! Fresh fruits and vegetables and
nuts are also good for the body. Exercise in moderation is also good, too.
"Kind words are like honey--sweet to the soul and healthy for the body." Ps. 16:24.
See below. The joy and peace found in meditation is your strength throughout the day. God sends us courage and
Love. We need to open our hearts and minds enough to receive it. God is Love. We need to remember that. We are
strong in our faith in God. We can believe Him in everything He says.
"The joy of the Lord is your strength." Neh. 8:10.
See below. Rejoice! and be glad upon awakening. You have another day. Listen for the sounds of morning. Are they
alike every day? That sameness should not be boring. The birds songs are different. Learn to listen closely. God alone
knows when we will die so enjoy life while you can. Life was meant to be enjoyed! Worry and strife is for others.
"This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it." Ps. 118:24.
