the world never changes, it always kills it’s best.
Jo Cox

the world we created is a feckin' bad place

Jo Cox tried to put the feckin’ thing right

another J C a long long time ago

tried to put the feckin’ thing right

they killed Jesus Christ the poor young bugger

trying to put the feckin’ thing right

and they killed Jo Cox the poor young bugger

trying to put the feckin’ thing right

the world never changed a feckin’ bit

it ridiculed the young Jesus Christ

so don’t expect it to change a feckin’ bit

in the death of young Joanne Cox

we’ll all cry a bit for a little while

but it won’t put the feckin’ thing right

a vigil of tears and a service of grief

will not put the feckin’ thing right
