Liquid Sanity (Longing for Mortality)

A lonely reality,
I walk the darkness in hunger for you,
I search the night to quench my thirst,
Longing for mortality,

But I...
Mournfully...
Death refuses to take.

Anguish and agony twins in my lonesome company,
I smell life in throbbing veins,
Screaming in my ears,
“Come Prince and take delight!”

Whispering my name,
Finding temporary reprieve,
Crimson liquid stolen in dreams,
Sanity drips from my teeth,

Oh Death, STING ME, HAVE VICTORY!!!
