An experiance like no other.

The Silence Crept

While I just stood there gawking at the moon,
felt like I must say something quite profound.
It's dancing inside my head like a tune.
I opened my mouth; did not make a sound.
That moment when my world turned up and down.
I tried to walk but my feet would not move,
like there I had become stuck to ground.
For my ears only one voice that could sooth.
Then I was paralyzed caught in the groove.
While my mind wonders if I was to fall,
remembering these things I wish to prove.
Was most triumphant moment of them all.
I was convinced that somehow I had died,
Then; tear drops ran down my cheek from my eye.
