The elusive little bird.
The Nectar Thief

The hummingbird says,

"Hello down there, I'm back; it's me.
Pulling out your phone again, I see.
Do not come too close or I will flee!
Just robbing goods from your crafted vine tree,
It grows so beautiful and its nectar is free.
Within the moment, I zoom around to my glee.

"Again I will fly circles, eluding your attempt with my family.
I'm up, down and side to side to the beat of your insanity.
What is that, oh snap, did you just say a profanity?
Just try to get a picture while I drink and fly around randomly."

looking up I say,

"Hey, you up there, why don't you stay?
The trumpet flower has treats just over this way.
Do you mind if I pull out my camera to play?
The last two years I have tried, to my dismay,
Never able to photograph you while you're flying away,
As you dance within the brilliant sun's ray."

"Finally my apertures focus is upon you today!
Aww, the photo turned out a crimson gray.
It's actually cool the way it looks, I must say!
You six little hummingbirds, just made my day."
