details disguised by their green theme.
Patterns splay out; mimicking trails
revealed in sunlight’s intense gleam.

Summer's hues hide autumn’s assails;
masked pigments across many scales
shown with changes cold will call,
displays vast tones as color hails.

Summoned by daylight’s gradual stall
by many trees, their vast heights tall.
As the emerald color fades
change indicates winter’s befall.
