Let me paint my lips
across your skin,
leaving little galaxies in deep
hues of violet and maroon.

Please let me be the artist
and you be the masterpiece
on which I create my beautiful
works.

Let me express my emotion
through the purple daises
left by my lingering lips.

Just as I finish my work,
I gaze upon your face.

I press my lips against
your pale skin, leaving my last mark,
my signature.
