Poem about lies and truths
Stupid, ugly, useless, brainless.
A big fat failure.
That was what she was.

Never had the brains God gave a turnip.
Never amount to anything.
Never good enough.
That was what she was.

Does your face hurt? Cuz it's killin' me.
A face not even a mother could love.
Mirrors that broke at her reflection.
That was what she was.

Can't do anything right.
Useless as tits on a boar hog.
A screw up at everything she attempted.
That was what she was.

Mistake, unwanted, unloved,
unimportant, waste of space,
screw up, failure.
That was what she was.

Hope glimmers and blossoms,
light exposes lies.
Growing, stronger every day.
Finally truly accepting truth.
Beauty, talent, lovely, perfect
in her own unique way.
That is what she is.
