It finally happened.
I love
When we exchange those
Lofty little looks, like lights
Linking lost, lone souls.

I hate
When we exchange naught,
When we wander away, fraught
With unspoken thoughts.

I want
To feel you safely,
To be conducive of comfort,
To bridge our bodies.

I can't

I am
Alone in my boat,
Within a spiraling sea,
Sinking as I float.

I only
Imagine loving,
Consider caressing you,
Agonize madly.

I don’t
Know what to do here,
For to supply you with space
Risks losing us.

My love does not wane,
Though as we are separate,
It stagnates sorely.

Worth it all:
You are.
