Emotional Roller Coaster

DROWNING

I'm drowning in an ocean of thoughts, feels like I'm drowning but never die
My thoughts go all over the place & I can't stay afloat.
Riding the tide of emotion
sometimes feeling that things are over my head
as I try to stay above water as I drown in these emotions
Emotions that flood my mind like a high tide that I try to surf above, but I always, feel like I'm drowning
