A Haiku Sonnet

You watch the movie,
pretending that you are there
playing the part of

the woman who falls
for the dark, good looking man,
who loves her deeply.

A life so different
from the one you left outside
the theater doors.

It ends, and now you
are back in the real world;
and once again you

wish that your dreams would come true,
and pretending ends.
