Motivation by Design

A maestro at work.

Fingers motivated by music
from Victrola playing softly,
design and invention
inspired by scientific composers.

Lost in the beat, lost in the motion,
gears and gizmos combine,
through strategy and knowledge
the project comes to fruition.

Metal and springs, oil for blood,
ingenuity fueled by vibration,
progression moved by desire,
one more turn of the key.

Slowly the creature awakes,
following the master plan,
hands glide over paper,
as maestro finishes his tune.
