Rhyming poem about animal instinct compared to Man's free will governing their actions. |
| Violence, cruelty, preying upon the weaker are due to instinct in animals; slaying is something they are born to do. Mankind has free will, intellect. When he harms, kills, or rejoices in acts full of hateful neglect, these evil acts are his choices. Man alone lives in the way he decides, baring his soul to see. Poetic format: quatrains with 8-syllable lines end-rhymed abab plus end-rhymed couplet I invite you to please check out my ten books: http://www.amazon.com/Jr.-Harry-E.-Gilleland/e/B004SVLY02/ref=ntt_dp_epwbk_0 |
