My Friend, You are

My friend did I ever tell you
How awesome you make me feel

Did I ever say thank you for all the times you kept it real?

You never complained when I cried on your shoulder

Or when I raged out at my mother

You helped me up when I fell down

And you always managed to make me smile

The memories I share of our friendship

Will always remain clear

Some of my most precious memories

Are of the two of us my dear

You have no idea how important you are to my sanity and soul

So this is why your friendship is an important and vital role
