For the writers cramp
I find myself just sitting,
missing what use to be,
I sit close to my window,
just so I can see.

I watch the children hurry,
To get to school on time,
My mind remembers when,
one of them was mine

I can see you, in the morning, when you go to school,,
and a smile covers my face,
as I remember back that far,
to a different place.

I will always miss that time,
when I sent you off to learn,
and missed you all day long,
until the time you would return.

But now I wait for you to come,
back into my life.
but you grew up and married,
and became someone's wife

why couldn't you stay small,
and time stand still for me?
So I would have you here.
Oh how happy I would be.

I will always miss you,
but I know you will call,
and we can talk of the time.
when you were my all.
