White rose, delicate as she might be,
carries within her petals a strength unrivaled.
Rising up from the ashes of a war-torn land,
she carries with her the pride of the Irish.

Like the emerald shamrock of yesteryear,
she brings luck to all who find her in the field.
Rarity may not be among her qualities, but
when you try to find her, you may not see.

White rose, delicate as she may look,
gives off a hope few will ever know.
