Can we not find another way?
Do not send them to war.
The bloody fields painted with their names.
Do not use them as your pawns,
In these hedonistic games.

Do not send them to war.
A mother screams as she hears the news -
The soldier perished miles from home,
His battered heart a telling bruise.

Do not send them to war -
As you sit in your palace counting lives.
Do not let them pay the price;
Your ignorance is our demise.

Do not send them to war -
The terror on an endless loop.
This game's been played too many times;
So low this time we should not stoop.

Do not send them to war.
Another brother, another niece.
Please try to find another way -
A way for us to live in peace.
