A short poem

When I looked into your eyes

When I looked into your eyes
My world suddenly had meaning,
When I looked into your eyes
My heart started healing

Beautiful lights in them
Full of dark secrets,
They made me slip
Into the world of the sleepless

How can I forget them?
They gave me a new lense
To see the world with
And put down my fence

Like a hypnotist
You pulled me into your world,
Now here am I alone
With nothing else to hold
