Bewildered

Lost and trying to processes the return of a well lnown pain and fear

The word comes out of nowhere and leaves my soul completely unhinged

It freezes time and paralyzes my heart while endlessly haunting my mind once again


Like a python it wraps itself quietly and silently around my deepest fears

Slowly it tightens and strengthens claiming the power to exhaust me and win


Memories like thunder rumble loudly in my mind as the lightening crashes and rips my inside

The past confronts and knows its time and space as my soul Iingers in torment I scream out in pain


The air in my lungs grows raspy and thin as I attempt to breathe over and over again

Fighting to breath I stumble and attempt to regain my strength as fear like the tide wash over me again


Salty wet tears fill and blur my eyes as I raise my voice and find the power needed to finally cry

As I raise my eye's to the gray winter sky I silently scream from the pain bearing its weight and frozen inside
