What Do You Want From Me?

What do you want from me?
Must I be on bended knee
For you to hear my plea?

What do you want from me?
Do you need me to drown in a sea
While you laugh with glee?

What do you want from me?
Why must I flee for you to see
I just want to be free?

What do you want from me?

For you to heed my plea?
