A sports poem about coming through under pressure.
|Own the pressure, different forms,
To win or lose our place, the norms.
Nerves do bother, fickle swarms,
Historically, we fight these storms.
A sporting nightmare may unfold -
Defeats and struggles, getting old.
But timeless tales must be told -
Enough’s occurred, warm up, it’s cold!
This time, inspire, ride disdain;
A mighty ocean, round again!
Call on courage - to maintain;
Get on board that gliding train!!
