For this to work
You should sit still
Stare straight ahead
Submit to my will

Turn ever slightly
A tad to the right
Bringing out beauty
Needs the right light

Start with your eyes
Trace two almond forms
Mix a shade of hazel
Distinct and warm

Symmetrical shapes
Hypnotic powers
At those oval orbs
I could gaze for hours

Next your nose
Takes centre stage
Peculiar proboscis
Never seems to age

Two downward strokes
Two circular holes
Round off the edges
We have your nose

Those luscious lips
Could take a while
Elastic rouge border
Frames a perfect smile

I need a moment
Just a little time
While I ponder how
Yours fit mine

Pressed together
Tongues entwined
Tasting a love
Not yet defined

Sketch your chin
A chiseled line
I want yours to
Feel stubble of mine

We'll skip the ears
Throw in your hair
I've painted something
Beyond compare

This perfect thing
This image of you
No man will love you
More than I do
