My past is something I don't want to return to see...
Everyone has aged.
I have aged as well.

To an extent,
it's when you long for those difficult times
as you start living a carefree life
that you have proof that you're growing old.

As time goes by,
your memories get filtered
until only good memories are left.
Adding nostalgia to the memory,
it's almost beautiful...

But, it doesn't feel real there.

And also,
an odd common understanding
that this space
is not reality.

What is real
is what you see
when you look at yourself
in the past objectively.

But the more everybody kept saying
they didn't want to go home,
in contrast, the more I wanted
to come home.
