Perhaps It's Called Heartbreak

What is it called when your in pain, Perhaps it's called Heartbreak

What does it mean
When you can’t breath
When you can’t smile

When you feel, that you are nothing
But a pile of tears and emotions

When you can feel only the familiar sting of pain
That the doctor cannot even diagnose

When your voice
Is either so strained that you cannot speak without breaking
Or when it’s so monotonous that it puts a robot to shame

Because you are not sick
But, it feels like your heart, is slowly dying

What is it called?
Can it be heartbreak
Or is it my soul enclosing itself, after being hurt so much.
