Wooden floor and ceramic walls
The battlefield of unsightly wars
A day of bad lactose filled decisions
Has bred an aftermath of dreadful meditation

On a porcelain throne I sat
Feeling nothing like a king
I battled a gastronomic ordeal
With grit, I engaged my nether ring

The cubicle alongside sat a fellow of similar plight
He suppressed his groans as much as he could to be polite
Heavy breaths and pressured innards make a tough fight
But company made the voyage easy and light
