This is kind of a girly poem despite the fact I know nothing of girlhood.
No one knows her.
She's locked away.
Obsessed with friends
And their pretty ways.
They kick everytime
She starts to rise
And fear begins to take over her mind
She puffs out her cheeks--
Pretends to be strong.
At odds with herself,
She knows this is wrong.
But she blends in and doesn't resist.
At some point you must wonder
If she even exists.
