I am

Just a small poem I wrote.

I never belonged anywhere,
Not to any group or to anybody
It's just me, myself
Writing what I am thinking right this instant.
What I'm feeling at this moment.
I am no one special, no one interesting.
I am just ordinary.

Now that I think about it as I sit here queitly alone.
I come to a relaziation.

I am special
I am interesting.
I am someone unique
in my own way.

I just need to find the right people who
can see that as well
And acknowledge me for who I am as a human being.

I am a rare person
A diamond in the ruff

Only those who will be brave enough
Will get to know the real me

I am.
