Types of Swiss cheese are Gruyère and Emmental

I will not be silent about Swiss cheese,
It is the delight of a gourmet feast,
It tastes like a snowy Alpine breeze.

Gruyère1 and Emmental2 melt with ease,
But don't let them boil or your fondue3 is a beast
I will not be silent about Swiss cheese.

Devil or angel Gruyère will appease,
While Emmental their appetites decreased,
It tastes like a snowy Alpine breeze.

Import my Swiss from across the seas,
I don't want American Swiss4 at my cheese feast,
I will not be silent about Swiss cheese.

If upon my Swiss cheese you sneeze,
I will turn into a raging beast,
It tastes like a snowy Alpine breeze.

I will sing the praises of this holey cheese,
Across the planet from west to east,
I will not be silent about Swiss cheese,
It tastes like a snowy Alpine breeze.

Line Count: 14
Form: Villanelle a 14-line poem aba aba aba aba aba abaa, with lines one and three of the first verse repeated alternately in stanzas two, three, four, and five. In the last stanza they are the last two line.
