Seeker

A poem I wrote to keep myself humble and give a sense of hope to a hopeless individual.

Seeker

I feel like a bird
So free and clear
Float in the air
And be free from all fear

I feel like a lion
So mighty and strong
My whisper a roar
My presence a song

I feel like a hyena
Carefree and amused
To laugh in the faces
Of those I so choose

But I am still a human
Fragile and weak
But all of these traits
Can be mine if I seek
