Port Alfred, Eastern Cape, South Africa. 2017

Port Alfred is beautiful. We live in a chalet over-looking the beach, ocean.
The air is clean and cool.
Even in the winter it is warm during the day.
Its 4:00am I’m in the living room listening to the waves as I write.
‘Atlas Shrugged’ in front of me.
Aloe Vera, water and exercise.

I feel lighter, more alive.
It is as if there is less traffic in the major cities of my body.
More and more of the old ways, old waters, old air and old waste escape this kingdom by the day.
My place on the throne, soon I will regain.
Regain, That is the essential word.
Regain the memories that brought us to this space

We are kings and queens.
I am a king. A king upon his rock; disconnected and connected, always at the source. I am grateful to God, The Universe, and
The ocean.
He breathes like we do.
