A question i ask myself.
This is a very tough question for me.

I do remember when I hit rock bottom and thought I didn't matter to anyone.
I thought that if I went away nobody would miss me. why even try, everything I do is
never good enough.

I turned on the Radio one day and this song came on, see music is my thing. I love music,
I will write the lyrics to the song when I am done with my story.

I sat at my kitchen table listening to this song, all I can remember is :that is me,
I sat there crying, tears running down my face, sobbing, I cry out to Jesus, Please help me
I don't know what to do, I am so sorry for all my faults, my mistakes, please help me.
I prayed for a good half hour. when I was done, I felt a heavy load off my shoulders.

I get up from the table, and make a plan to start out with a fresh slate.
I know I need to get back in church, stop the partying, I search a bunch of churches
I know I need to do this, it's a little scary going into a church by myself, but I do.
I sit in a booth all by myself, and when the worship music starts, I get all teary eyed and
I let the tears fall. I always bring Kleenex. I know the Lord is convicting me.

When I leave church on Sunday, I have this wonderful feeling that know matter
what life brings me, I can handle it, I have this weight off my shoulder's. and I can breathe.

What does Grace Me To Me. I have been set free.

Grace Wins:

In my weakest moment I see you shaking your head in disgrace
I can read the disappointment written all over your face.

Here comes those whispers in my ear
saying who do you think you are
Looks like your on your own from here
Cause grace could never reach that far

But in the shadow of that shame
Beat down by all the blame
I hear you call my name saying its not over
And my heart starts to beat
So loud now, drowning out the doubt
I'm down but I'm not out.

There's a war between guilt and grace
And they're fighting for a sacred space
But I'm living proof
Grace wins every time

No more lying down in deaths defeat
Now I'm rising up in victory
Singing Hallelujah
Grace wins every time

Words can't describe the way it feels
when mercy floods a thirsty soul
A broken side begins to heal
A grace returns what guilt has stolen

For the Prodigal son, Grace wins
For the women at the well, Grace wins
For the blind man and the beggar, Grace wins
For always and forever, Grace wins
For the lost out on the street, Grace wins
For the worst part of you and me, Grace wins
For the theif on the cross, Grace wins
For the world that is lost, Grace wins

There's a war between Guilt and Grace
and they're fighting for a sacred space
But I'm living proof
Grace wins every time.
