|When tangled webs of deception are flushed
away in streams,
my friends come by to keep loneliness crushed
in twilight dreams.
With bottle of emotional debris
containing yesterday's reality,
there is no need
for me to heed
reflections of past misery.
Author's note: The Ronsardian Ode is the invention of the deaf French poet Pierre de Ronsard (1524-1585), who applied a specific structure and rhyme scheme to enhance the emotional impact, as described and demonstrated in the following link: http://www.poetrymagnumopus.com/forums/topic/695-ronsardian-ode/
