Small learnings

The little bulb was smiling wryly at the darkness next door and beyond. Amazed by its vastness, yet firm at its own place, unfazed! Miniscule in comparison yet, capable of challenging a phenomenon propelled by one of d most powerful architects of existence, nature! Time would tick, day would overpower the dark monster, our friend would become inconsequential, yet it would wait for one more tussle to illuminate against all odds, its territory!...True there's a lot of fun in understanding responsibility, and delivering. The little bulb understood its duty, undermined d importance of its claim at its rights at day. I suppose it understood d true spirit of independence. Independence is more than just petty rights...how many of us are aware of our duties..? Happy Independence Day to all Indians...will try to emulate my little friend, the small bulb! A small promise, a Big Dream..
