Have you ever lost yourself? This is a style I am experimenting with.
The smell of autumn dusk fills the air,
A light mist of fog covers the damp earth,
Like a blanket protecting it's saplings underneath.

The last droplets of rain fall swiftly from the trees,
Their pitter patter sounds filling this enchanted woodland,
A small flame flickering in the lantern,
Is the only thing with enough energy left to combat the darkness that is looming.

A small breeze wafts through the trees,
         Whispering secrets back and forth,
"She's here". "She's finally come".

A young woman lifts her eyes to them,
         "I'm here". she whispers,
                    "I've come for...her".

A leaf filled breeze lands in a small pond in the distance,
The ripples in the watter reflecting a beautiful young girl..

                   Reflecting a youthful presence...

                              An unyeilding innocense...

A face untouched by the darkness.
