A poem in response to WDC's Suspicious Sunday Question.
For 'Suspicious Sunday'

WDC asks "Who Dun It?

The tin man, the scarecrow or the lion?

... And what did they do?"

*Jackolantern* The Scarecrow *WitchHat*

The scarecrow did it,
I know he did,
I surely saw him
scare that kid.

He stood there proud
on Halloween night,
in the shadows,
to cause a fright.

He waited there
upon his stick,
for the right time
to pull his trick.

You will find
no treat here.
This ragamuffin
only offers a scare.
