Smiling reflection

Short little poem I wrote

Looking at myself in the mirror
wondering why I was created
just because of the girls I see on tv
the girls I see in magazines
the girls I see scrolling down my social media
the girl the beauty industry tries to tell me to be
but I see my reflection smiling back at me
Telling me I don't need to change a thing
I am me and thats who God created me to be
and that I should embrace it
not try erase it
I am me who thats who God created me to be
I may not be perfect
but I am worth it.
