I can't tell what these feelings are and they're consuming me.
Your words are sweet like honey
But they’re also cold as ice.
The warmth that they should give me
Flees away like fearful mice-

I really want to tell you
How this hurts me when I feel.
I wish that we could start anew
Because this isn’t real.

I need to think about it
And go find the truth inside.
Perhaps I’d live without it
But right now I can’t decide.

Perhaps someday we’ll meet again
Our friendship fin'lly mended.
I don’t know how or where or when
But now, this must be ended.
