The eyes that see

The poem talks about the physically challenged people in the society.

Who said the blind do not see
They see beyond the words written on the pages of a book
They see into the depth of the soul

Who said the deaf do not hear
They hear the troubled looks on faces
And can reveal the intent of every word yet unsaid

Who said the dumb do not speak
They speak a thousand words in a minute
But you are too busy talking to listen

Who said there is peace in death
Even the dead fear the unknown
Because death is never the end
