The is for persons who came out of a relationship that was one sided and made a change.
Moving On

I admit; It hurts so badly.
I am not made of steel because I feel like 1000 steel pins was in my flesh
You placed a full stop on our relationship.
Too early, I suppose.
I wanted to lengthen on our sentence together, but you were prepared to leave.

Carefully I placed a comma on my emotions,
Trying making sense out of nonsense
Was I the problem or were I just unlucky?
Doesn't matter now. The past is the past.
I wanted to lengthen on our sentence together, but you left.

Sad life before, but now life isn't sad anymore.
Loving you channelled into loving myself more,
Sadness turned to strength
Pain into Power
I wanted to lengthen on our sentence together, but you and I should have never been a sentence in the first place.
