What I have accomplished in the last year.
Last year was a year of personal growth for me which has opened the door for business and financial growth for me.

I have created my group “Transition To Success” and began by adding some of leaders from Facebook groups I am a member of. I have succeeded in having premiere members that know the value of running a Facebook group, and an online business as well. I messaged these ladies and asked if they would be interested in joining. Taking the leap in asking directly for what I want and need for my business has boosted my confidence. This is a great personal win for me and, hopefully, will open a great many doors for me in business.

I have started a blog called “Transitions” that is all about my journey from the beginning of my business “Transition To Success”. I already have a few people following the blog, so some people are keeping up with what is going on in my business and, in some posts, what is going on for me personally. Visibility is very important when you are running an online, and a brick and mortar, business. Therefore, this is another big win for me.

These wins have given me a stronger personality. I am my own person with strong ideas. My softer, loving side has not suffered in this process. I just have a slightly sharper edge that, I believe, will make me a better person both personally and professionally.

I want to keep learning and growing this year. I am on the right track to make this happen.
